Wilder Health is a specialist nature-based mental health provider, based in Kent, UK. Our three services — Wolf & Bear, the Wilder Clinic, and the Wilder Lab — provide support to schools and colleges, self-funding individuals, and researchers pursuing the green care agenda. It is our foundational belief that human, animal, and planetary health are fundamentally linked, and this One Health, One Welfare ethos underscores everything we do.
Our Services

Wolf & Bear
Packages for schools and colleges
Wolf & Bear is our youth service, offering nature-based schools and colleges complete packages of psychological therapy, training and consultation. We proudly hold the contract for therapeutic provision at Yew Tree Futures, a nature-based therapeutic college supporting 16–25 year olds with SEMH needs. We are also a named provider of clinical psychology services at a SEND primary school in Kent.

The Wilder Clinic
Lifestyle medicine & psychological therapiesComing soon
The Wilder Clinic is our nature-based mental health clinic, where our integrated team of specialists provide psychological therapies and lifestyle medicine within natural spaces. Combining evidence-based psychological therapy, nutritional psychiatry and clinical exercise physiology, we support individuals and groups to feel well and stay well. Our flagship farm-based clinic is located in Woodchurch, near Ashford.

The Wilder Lab
Research & innovation
The Wilder Lab is our research and innovation department. Through our university partnerships, we support green care research, from piloting nature-based CFT programmes to modelling the impact of climate anxiety on young people. We have presented at international conferences, published in peer-reviewed journals, and been invited to speak on podcasts and radio programmes from Milton Keynes to Melbourne.

“The same high-quality mental health support — only wilder.”
We only hire highly-trained, experienced, compassionate staff with a relevant professional accreditation, so that you can be sure that whatever service you are accessing, every intervention is evidence-based and clinically grounded. Distinctively, all of our services are delivered in partnership with nature, be that in woodlands or pasture, with equine or canine partners, across the four seasons: because we believe the most profound changes occur within real relationships, in real environments, with real clinicians.
